Boutique Manager

The Glamorous Cowgirl in Chester, NJ is in search of an operations manager for their Brick & Mortar location. As the store manager, you'll be responsible for daily store activities, developing in-store selling strategies, and ensuring overall store performance through sales, events, and marketing efforts. Weekends and some holidays are required.

We are a fun, rapidly growing brand with plenty of room for growth and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have an interest in western fashion and a background in equine retail (previous tack store experience is preferred). Knowledge of rodeo and western riding is a plus. Previous retail and sales experience is required.

Sales Associate

We are looking for a part time sales associate to work in our Chester, NJ store. This is an entry level position with ample room for growth. Your primary duties will be assisting customers in store, and participating in photoshoots. Hours are flexible, but weekend and evening hours are required. You must have knowledge of western riding. Interest in rodeo and western fashion is preferred. Must be 17 or older.

Boutique Assistant

We are in search of a boutique assistant who wants to learn and grow in the industry. This position is part time with the ability to grow into full time based on performance. Duties include shipping, processing inventory, assisting with photoshoots, working events, and other duties as they arise. Setting up booths at horse shows, street fairs, and expos is a strong possibility for the right candidate.

We are a fun, rapidly growing brand with plenty of room for growth and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have previous horse experience and an interest in fashion (western fashion is a bonus). We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, the ability to put outfits together, and up to date on current social media trends. A background in art or marketing is a major plus. This is a fabulous part time job for someone working towards a marketing, business, or fashion degree that wants to get immersed in boutique fashion. We anticipate 20-25 hours a week to start with increasing hours available during the holiday season.
