All orders are shipped using 2-5 day shipping. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates. If you need a rush order please contact us before purchasing to see if we can accommodate your timeline. We usually ship all packages on Mondays and Thursdays. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
At this time we do not accept returns on any items. Your order starts being processed the minute we recieve it. After the order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you experience a major issue with one of our items please contact us with a detailed description of the item and pictures. We will evaluate such requests on a case by case basis and offer a return, replacement, or repair as appropriate. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees if they choose a return or exchange. We cannot refund original shipping fees. We stand behind our products and will do our best to rectify the issue. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on any items due to sizing issues, changing your mind, or early wear due to the use of washing machines and powerwashing for cleaning. All boots and bells are handwash only. This is listed on the packaging, insert, and tag. Powerwashing will destroy any glitters, patterns, or quotes on the straps and leave obvious lines in any airbrushed products. Machine washing will wear your boots and fade them faster.
Muletape halters may be washed in the washing machine. The dye may bleed so take care when washing them with any other colors. We suggest only washing them in cold water.
While we do our absolute best to have our dyed and airbrushed products stay as vibrant as possible for as long as possible, they will eventually fade. Even factory dyed boots and bells fade eventually. Proper care and washing will extend the life of the color. We cannot guarantee the longevity of the color on our products due to the differences in how people use, care for, and store their boots.
